7 Core Beliefs Exercise, Audio Guided

 

Our beliefs are the most powerful force of the subconscious mind. Often, we simply take on the beliefs of our parents or other influences without this introspective question: does this feel true to me?

In this exercise, you will write your 7 Core Beliefs about who you are, why you're here, and how this universe works. You'll see that I offer my 7 Core Beliefs on the left as examples. 

It's not my goal for you to adopt my beliefs; quite the contrary, in fact, as I invite you to claim your Core Beliefs. Then, live a life in alignment with what you truly believe.
